Constructed of gilded silver and multi coloured enamels, consisting of a white enameled Cross Patte with rays in the quadrants between the arms of the cross as well as crossed swords, the obverse with a central blue enameled medallion bearing a white enameled Serbian Cross, surrounded by a broad white enameled ring inscribed by the Words For Faith and Freedom 1804 in script,
