Auto Ingress Log a Service Call

  1. Press the up arrow or number 2 and hold down for 10 seconds. The keypad will say confirm reboot. Press the enter key to confirm. The door will recalibrate.
  2. Press the reset button, accessed through a hole on the left hand side underneath the key pad using a pen or similar.
  3. Switch the mains power off and then on after 30 seconds. Press the egress button if fitted when the door is in lock mode otherwise change the mode to auto before switching the power off.
